The case of fraudulent investment in Indonesia is never-ending. There have been many Indonesian people from various circles who have become victims of this fake investment scam. So, you may ask: How come there are so many fake investments in Indonesia?
The answer is simple yes. Many Indonesian people want instant riches without effort. Want to be rich while sleeping (without doing anything). Therefore, the sellers of false dreams (read: fake investments) also continue to proliferate. If the mindset of the Indonesian people is like that, I don't think it is difficult for fraudsters to attract members. It's like entering a crocodile pit.
The characteristics of fraudulent investments are: Offers unreasonable returns. What does unreasonable mean? That is, fraudulent investments give you the lure of doubled profits in a month, without exposing risk. Does it make sense? Trading stocks alone has risks, mutual fund investments have risks, gold and property investments have risks. In essence, all investments must have risks. If there is no risk, it is clearly a fraudulent investment.
In addition, fraudulent investment does not have a definite product. The money earned is only the turnover of the members, not the result of product sales. Other characteristics are the business license and the location of the business / office. Fraudulent investments usually do not have an official business license and the location of the business is uncertain or unclear. Those are the characteristics of fraudulent investments that you MUST and MUST know, so that those of you who have not been trapped or who have been trapped can learn from the many fraud cases.
In this post, I want to highlight the case of the Dream 4 Freedom (D4F) investment that has been 'blocked' by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Where the founder of this fraudulent investment business has been banned and his unclear business has also been banned by the OJK. Of course, the members who have been trapped in investing their capital.... yep... It's definitely a loss.
Many thoughts of D4F members who just want to make a lot of profit without work, without effort, without doing anything, continue to insist that this fraudulent investment is a real investment that can generate a lot of profit without having to try. They have a very unrealistic principle: 'unreasonable, but in the account'.
But now? You can see for yourself that D4F is a fraudulent investment, which has been proven to deceive many members. When I followed the development of the D4F members (luckily I didn't get involved in this bogus business, because I had been warned by the OJK before), many members began to feel cheated by this business (the money didn't come back as previously advertised) ). And this D4F member has reached millions of people. This shows that the minds of the Indonesian people about investment, investment risks and rewards are still not open.
The meaning I want to convey from my writing in this post is, don't be easily tempted by unreasonable offers. Now that you already know that it is proven that fraudulent investments are very, very detrimental to the community, and you also understand the characteristics of fraudulent investments (I have described in the previous paragraphs), so if you come across a similar fraudulent investment case, don't be afraid to put your capital there.
Once again I emphasize, there is no investment that can get instant results / get rich suddenly without doing anything. Believe me! If someone offers you that, then you are being duped.
Investments in mutual funds that are said to be doing nothing take time to reap the rewards, right? Another example is trading / investing in stocks. Lots of people dream of getting big profits in the blink of an eye from stocks, without wanting to learn, without wanting to cut losses, without wanting to proceed, without being willing to lose first. Because they don't want businesses to just want instant profits, eventually many traders make irrational trading decisions, thus harming their own portfolios.
From this D4F case, I hope you, I and the people of Indonesia can use and invest their funds more wisely. Be careful in choosing investments. Treat any investment with rationality. Learn about investment risks. All investments, in addition to promising returns, must also contain an element of risk.
