Invest Your Capital: PPRO and WSBP

Since February 2016, the shares of PT PP Properti (PPRO) have started to record a very drastic increase in share prices. The price at that time was still in the range of 185-190. And now entering October 2016, the share price is already at 1,330. This means, in almost a year, PPRO's share price has increased by around 700%. Lucky for those of you who have held PPRO shares since at this low price. Look at the PPRO chart below.

For those of you who don't own the shares, you can still buy the shares for investment. But when did you buy it? Can we buy now?

PPRO also recorded a brilliant performance. One of them, in 2015 when economic conditions were sluggish, PPRO still recorded an increase in net profit. However, you can buy PPRO when market conditions have really started to recover. There are several analyzes that I need to present:

1. As of the time this post was written, in early 2017, the property business was still sluggish. You can see the trend of property stocks that tend to go down. Property is also still not booming.

2. The current valuation of PPRO's shares is too high, although PPRO's fundamentals are still very good. I invested in this PPRO in 2016 when the price was still around 190.

So, if you want to invest in PPRO, it's better if you wait for PPRO to start correction, market conditions are really good and of course the PROPERTY BUSINESS has started to rise again, just like coal which recently started to rebound fast after a long period of sluggishness.

Apart from PPRO, there is one more stock that I think has good prospects, namely PT Wasita Karya Beton (WSBP) which was just listed on September 20, 2016. WSBP and PPRO are both state-owned companies. WSBP is a subsidiary of Waksita Karya (WKST). WSBP is also an issuer that is very investment-worthy. The share price is currently in the range of 520. The recent WSBP trend tends to be down.

The trend of WSBP is almost the same as that of its parent WSKT. When WSKT was first listed on the Exchange, its share price did not go up immediately. It even tends to go down. Take a look at the WSKT chart below.

WSBP is one of the issuers of the construction sub-sector that will be positively affected by the tax amnesty and infrastructure development. So, WSBP is a very investment-worthy stock.

However, just like PPRO shares, because WSBP is included in the same sector, namely the PROPERTY sector, then my prediction is that after this stock is IPO, the price movement may be more volatile, and it means you are not advised to immediately enter large amounts for investment.

But if later the property business is really booming (maybe in 2018), then I'm sure both PPRO and WSBP prices can at least go up fast. If we look at the uptrend WSKT chart, its subsidiary, WSBP, should be able to follow the pace of its movement. But we have to wait for the right moment.
