Volume Analysis: Reading Sleeping Stocks To Fry

Many colleagues ask me: How do I know which stocks the bookie will fry? You may also have similar questions.

To answer this question, you must need practice (observing market movements) to know the movements of the dealer. In this post, I give a simple way to find out the sleeping stocks (which incidentally are fried sahan) that will be fried by the city, namely through: Volume. If you don't know how to read volume and its uses, please read the post: How to Use Stock and Forex Volume.

As the name implies, namely sleeping stocks, it means that there is no volume at all, because they are not traded. The characteristics of sleeping stocks (gocap prices) when the dealer is about to fry, usually on the chart, these stocks will form a sudden high volume, but not at all followed by an increase in stock prices. The alias is still a sleeping stock.

For example, consider BUMI's stock below.

EARTH was previously a sleeping stock with no volume at all. Suddenly, the volume appears (not too big) (note the circle sign) without being accompanied by an increase in stock prices. What does that mean? This means that the dealer is accumulating BUMI shares. In other words, the bookies are getting ready to lift BUMI's share price.

The next day (arrow), BUMI immediately skyrocketed, until it was hit by the right auto reject. Also read: Meaning and Illustration of Auto Reject Stocks. This goes on for 2 days. However, after that, BUMI's stock slowly fell drastically. These are the characteristics of fried stocks that the city will check. You can look through volume analysis.

Another example, TRAM stock. Take a look at the TRAM stock chart below.

TRAM is originally a sleep stock in the absence of volume. Suddenly TRAM volume swells (note the circle) but is not followed by an increase in stock prices. The next day, TRAM went up fast and was hit by the right auto reject.

So if summarized, the characteristics of sleeping stocks that will be fried are as follows:

- There is a sudden increase in volume (previously there was no volume).

- The increase in volume has not been followed by an increase in stock prices.

- The stock price the next day began to move wildly.

- Usually (almost always) hit by auto reject right.

"Brother Heze, how long does the city really fry for?" Ask you

We will never know how long the bookie will fry these sleeping stocks. But, based on my experience, the action of frying sleep stocks does not last long. If you look again at BUMI's stock chart, the drastic increase in BUMI's stock only lasted for 2 days. After that? EARTH has dropped drastically again. Before finally being re-appointed by the city.

This post in no way invites you to play in fried stocks. You already know the risk of fried stocks right? This post aims to provide education about bandarmology on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Instead, stocks like this you should avoid. Do not be tempted to see the movement of fried stock prices rising quickly, because (like BUMI stocks) a rapid increase will also be accompanied by a rapid decline in stock prices.

There are already many traders whose status is frustrated due to the pursuit of unqualified goods. So, invest your funds wisely, and choose stocks that are really technically good.
